When John Wiley purchased Elipticon in 1993, he didn’t just see a business—he saw potential. He believed that with relentless dedication to quality, a true commitment to service, and a culture built on trust, Elipticon could become something special. Over the next two decades, through steady growth and even during challenging times like the 2008 recession, that vision held strong.

But John’s dream went even deeper:
He wanted the people who built Elipticon’s success to one day own it. On August 31, 2015, that dream became a reality when Elipticon became a 100% employee-owned company.

Since then, something extraordinary has happened.

As owners, every employee shares not just responsibility—but pride. Together, we’ve fueled rapid growth, formed powerful partnerships with national manufacturers, developed new technologies, and expanded what’s possible for a company our size. And through it all, we’ve never lost sight of who we are: a team that treats craftsmanship as a calling and service as a promise.
